The disgusting thing is that most of these quotations are not from what are considered tabloids here, they’re from the city newspapers. Sometime around 1986 reporters in the US decided that they could just say whatever they wanted about Michael.
At 1:27, some reporter in Philadelphia went out and found some makeup girl at a department store, declared her an “expert”, and just printed what she said!
Arh pack journalism at it’s best, we don’t know if it’s true and we won’t find out if it’s true, we’ll just publish this crap anyway for people to read and believe!
The sad truth is most (even myself) people bought into this crap and never thought twice about it. Words have so much power in them. I thank God that the truth is coming out and ask for his forgivness. L.O.V.E. survives!!

Indeed there was a “trend” to talk about “androgynous” people. They were surching for them. It was my personal experience,too. Music, fashion …. lifestyle. It was puffed up.
I hate the media. They may have labeled him with their lies but they could never destroy him and his legacy and music will live long after these trashy reporters and their trashy magazines and shows are not even a distant memory.

Boy, those are very difficult to read. I cringed and shed a few tears thinking about anyone hearing those kinds of things said about themselves.
When they first started calling him androgynous, they were calling everyone that, Boy George, Madonna, even George Michael, Elton John, David Bowie, and more. Somehow, as they all identified what they were, the press just never let up on Michael.

The things that were said about him MJ should of cursed these people out and sued them.Especially when they are saying your gay and making gender comments.Most of the people who made these comments are ignorant,childish,and stupid journalist.And I didn’t see any gay or femininity about him in 70s or 80s but the only feminine thing some people say was his voice and makeup but never gay.It’s all jealously and some racism.
